The buyer understands they are responsible for damage to the equipment. The buyer understands how to operate the equipment and related activities associated with the equipment. The buyer assumes all risks when operating the equipment, not operating the equipment, and or when someone else is operating or not operating the equipment. If the buyer does not know how to operate the equipment they should seek professional assistance.

INHERENT RISKS:

When operating equipment it may involve risk or danger including serious bodily injury or death. These risks and damgers may be caused by the buyers actions or non-actions, the actions or non-actions of others participating or not participating in the operation of the equipment. The buyer assumes and accepts responsibility for all risks and damages as well as losses and costs.

OPERATION, REGISTRATION, AND LICENSE:

The buyer is responsible for registering and operating the equipment in accordance with the local state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the equipment is legal for operation in your city or state.
